Just returned from my stay at Saratoga Springs Resort. This is my second year using David's DVC and definitely not my last. This particular resort is MASSIVE and at first confusing but we had a splendid vacation, thanks so much for all you do and I can't wait to book with you again!

I found the DVC process easy to use and will use it again. However the Deluxe Studio at Disney Grand Califorian was not so deluxe. It is just a regular room with a double (NOT Queen as advised) bed. The room was small and bed small and uncomfortable. You would think for the price they would have a higher quality mattress. I am a small person and double bed that is very soft did not good for me so a larger person would be in big trouble. It does have a balcony which I liked. Also the security going into Downtown Disney was not disclosed and that is a major pain if you are not prepared and have lots of back packs. If you arrive early prior to check in make sure you have hotel hold all bags. Security was very unpleasant.

We had an awesome experience with all staff that we had to deal with during our trip involving hurricane Irma. They helped us work with our owner to shift our nights stay that we weren't able to use due to the hurricane and ended up having a great trip. Would definitely recommend trip insurance (first never gotten it)and recommend booking with dvc again.

We had our Disney vacation planned for months but with hurricane Irma coming we weren't sure what to do. We didn't buy the insurance which was something I won't do again but all in all David's staff worked with us and the point owner to push the vacation back a few days. They were very helpful. We arrived the Tuesday after the storm and we had the best time. The parks weren't crowded at all after the storm. We will being using David's again.

Stayed at the Boardwalk the last week in August. Beautiful resort, definitely one of my favorite. This is my fourth year in a row booking through David's. So easy and affordable! Will definitely use again for future Disney trips!

Our group of 12 required two two-BR Suites at the Grand Californian for our DLR stay 9/13-16. David's facilitated promptly and followed up with the points owners when we requested to have our rooms side-by-side. (We were separated by a couple of rooms but were on the same floor.)

This is the fourth time I have used the dvcrequest services and I am so happy I found you. Our treatment has been first rate. Our vacations are assured of getting off on the right foot because we know we have the best rooms awaiting. Thanks to all at David's for the help. See you soon I hope!

We were scheduled to be in Disney 9/9/17 - 9/16/17, with Hurricane Irma coming in the middle. We had planned the trip for 8 months, but decided to cancel and re-book (thank God for trip insurance!). David's was fantastic to work with through all of the changes. First, we were going to try to fly in early to beat the storm, then after the storm, then finally, not at all. The team at David's was more responsive and empathetic than any other company we needed to work with, including Disney. They got us all the paperwork we needed for our insurance and worked to ensure we were satisfied with their service. We're re-scheduling for early 2018 and I 100% expect to use David's again! Thanks for making the best of an unfortunate situation!

This was an AWESOME vacation. We went knowing that the hurricane was coming. We are so sorry for the destruction this beautiful State suffered. But we cannot thank Disney enough for the incredible stay. They very much took care of those who had scheduled a vacation long before the hurricane. Prayers for those hurt by the storm - and hopefully many have, like us, donated to Storm relief (for us, the Red Cross to help the families, and the HSUS for the animals affected.)

My family and I returned from Disney World yesterday. We had a great vacation even with Irma interrupting a couple days in the middle. The cast at Animal Kingdom Lodge went above and beyond for us. Everything with the DVC point rental process with seamlessly. We will definitely used David's to rent DVC points for any vacation to Disney in the future. Highly recommend.
