We had our Disney vacation planned for months but with hurricane Irma coming we weren't sure what to do. We didn't buy the insurance which was something I won't do again but all in all David's staff worked with us and the point owner to push the vacation back a few days. They were very helpful. We arrived the Tuesday after the storm and we had the best time. The parks weren't crowded at all after the storm. We will being using David's again.

Stayed at the Boardwalk the last week in August. Beautiful resort, definitely one of my favorite. This is my fourth year in a row booking through David's. So easy and affordable! Will definitely use again for future Disney trips!

Our group of 12 required two two-BR Suites at the Grand Californian for our DLR stay 9/13-16. David's facilitated promptly and followed up with the points owners when we requested to have our rooms side-by-side. (We were separated by a couple of rooms but were on the same floor.)

This is the fourth time I have used the dvcrequest services and I am so happy I found you. Our treatment has been first rate. Our vacations are assured of getting off on the right foot because we know we have the best rooms awaiting. Thanks to all at David's for the help. See you soon I hope!

We were scheduled to be in Disney 9/9/17 - 9/16/17, with Hurricane Irma coming in the middle. We had planned the trip for 8 months, but decided to cancel and re-book (thank God for trip insurance!). David's was fantastic to work with through all of the changes. First, we were going to try to fly in early to beat the storm, then after the storm, then finally, not at all. The team at David's was more responsive and empathetic than any other company we needed to work with, including Disney. They got us all the paperwork we needed for our insurance and worked to ensure we were satisfied with their service. We're re-scheduling for early 2018 and I 100% expect to use David's again! Thanks for making the best of an unfortunate situation!

This was an AWESOME vacation. We went knowing that the hurricane was coming. We are so sorry for the destruction this beautiful State suffered. But we cannot thank Disney enough for the incredible stay. They very much took care of those who had scheduled a vacation long before the hurricane. Prayers for those hurt by the storm - and hopefully many have, like us, donated to Storm relief (for us, the Red Cross to help the families, and the HSUS for the animals affected.)

My family and I returned from Disney World yesterday. We had a great vacation even with Irma interrupting a couple days in the middle. The cast at Animal Kingdom Lodge went above and beyond for us. Everything with the DVC point rental process with seamlessly. We will definitely used David's to rent DVC points for any vacation to Disney in the future. Highly recommend.

Never got to Vero Beach on 9/7/17 due to planned closure of the resort on 9/8/17 due to Hurricane Irma. We've rented multiple times in the past without issue. This is the first time we lost or money on a rental. Ruined our 25th Anniversary Beach trip.

Wonderful stay at Saratoga Springs. A few hiccups, such as the battery on the door lock dying and getting locked out when returning after Magic Kingdom fireworks, but we were able to find a nearby cast member to help us. Love staying in DVC Deluxe. Our first night was at All Star Movies, which made the studio at Saratoga seem so huge by comparison. Thank you David's DVC for making staying Deluxe affordable.

We had a most magical stay at the Polynesian Villas. This was our sixth vacation club rental from DVCrequest and our first stay at the Poly. Everything was seamless. We will continue to rental Disney points through Dave. Now if only Irma hadn't pushed us out of Florida too early!

We used David's Vacation Club Rentals for our recent trip and stayed at Saratoga Springs. We had a wonderful time, and everything was easy and smooth. From the initial booking to adding the dining plan, the process was easy and efficient. We will definitely be using David's again!
