I had 220 spare points but I couldn't use in my current use year, I knew I couldn't use them myself and was likely to lose them. It was easy to register my points on the site. At 7 months out, I was able to assist with two rentals. Both booked online, I had one question which was quickly answered. I received the partial payment immediately. Final payment was received within 24 hours of guests arriving at their bookings. Should I ever have spare points I will definitely use this service again. Thank you

This is our first time share. We decided to take a year off and didn't know how to rent it out. The team here walked me every step of the way and made this the easiest thing I've ever done. Renting-out our unused points through David's could not have been easier. After we made the decision to give David's a try, our points were rented and the transaction was complete in less than 48 hours. As promised, after the family checked-in this month, we were promptly paid the balance through PayPal. Having this service available makes having a DVC membership that much better than other timeshares. The demand is out there for the DVC rentals -- don't hesitate to take advantage of this incredible service.

I listed my points with David to rent this year. It was the easiest thing I've done in a long time! They made it so easy to make the reservations online (within minutes) and they handled everything else, including directly depositing money into my paypal account. I'm hoping to do it again next year!
