Job Summary:

David’s Vacation Club Rentals acts as the Intermediary in the rental of Disney Vacation Club points that Members own, to guests looking to travel to Walt Disney World, Vero Beach, South Carolina, Disneyland and Ko Olina Hawaii. As Certified Disney Travel Agents we are also involved in securing Disney Cruise Line stays for our guests. We connect and enhance our Guest’s vacation experience, and our team is committed to providing a stress-free experience to all its Members and Guests.

As our Vacation Coordinator, you will provide consultative customer service support. Your primary role will be to assess customer requirements while offering recommendations for a dream vacation. This position does not require any sales, quotas or cold calls.

The hourly starting rate is $14.25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

The Vacation Coordinator will interact with guests and members to provide information in response to inquiries about our services. They will initiate and implements corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Perform a broad range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Provide information and make recommendations
  • Prepare and modify documentation
  • Provide a positive customer experience from beginning to end

Position Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate
  • TICO Certificate and asset
  • Previous expertise in a customer service or support role
  • Passion for assisting others
  • Willing to learn about the travel industry
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented global growing company
  • Attention to detail for accurate order processing and logging of customer interactions
  • Flexibility for shifts within our hours of operation, Monday to Friday 7:00am-9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am-5:30 pm and Holidays
