We had a fantastic first trip to Disney. Booking our stay through David's could not have been easier. Bay Lake Tower was very nice and the location was perfect. Short, easy walk to MK.

All I can say is WOW! We were looking to sell some points to get some return on the dollar to book a cruise on the Fantasy. We never sold any points with a third party but decided to give David's a try.
Long story short, once we agreed on the agreement they were able to book 310 pts of our 320 pts in less than 4 days of the agreement! 50% of the funds were already in my Paypal acc ...

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Animal Kingdom Villas Jambo House and Bay Lake Tower. The villas were great and I think we are spoiled now. This was a great way to be able to stay in such nice rooms. David's answered my many questions and made the rental process easy. Really lived up to all the comments and blogs I have read about David's DVC rentals. I have already told many the incredible deal we got and compared the prices to Disney's 30% off. Service was fast and while only a standard view at Kidani was available at booking time we were able to see some animals with a small savannah view. It was not the parking lot. First class operation all the way. The quick responses to emails and phone calls were very appreciative. The Disney facility is just what was described to us by DVR and it was amazing. We will be using DVR again for our travelling plans.

Using David's Vacation Club Rentals was a breeze and made our trip to Disney amazing. Rent a Deluxe Disney Vacation Club Villa
You don't have to be a member of the Disney Vacation Club in order to
enjoy the thrill of renting a Deluxe Disney Vacation Club Villa at a Disney Vacation Club resort.
The Disney Vacation Club is somewhat similar to a timeshare, with the biggest difference being that members own "points" that can be exchanged for days at Disney Vacation Club properties. This allows the reserving of rooms at a DVC resort anytime of the year, for any number of days, rather than a set time, week or period.
DVC points can be used to stay at any of the 11 deluxe Disney Vacation Club properties. There are 7 Vacation Club Resorts located on property at Walt Disney World, 1 on the Atlantic Ocean at Vero Beach, 1 in South Carolina at Hilton Head Island, 1 in Anaheim California at the Disneyland resort and the newest resort, Aulani, located at Ko Olina on the island of O'ahu in Hawaii.
While staying at the Disney World resort in Orlando Florida, as a guest of a DVC Member, you will receive all the benefits of any guest staying on property, including the Magical Express, the Dining Plan and Extended Magic Hours.
Renting points from a DVC Member for stays at a Disney Vacation Club property can save you hundreds of dollars off the regular rack rates. Have a look at some sample savings. Use the on-line points calculator to discover the cost for your vacation dates. Then, head over to my Easy Rental Process page to view how easy it is to make a reservation, or simply complete the Reservation Form to have us secure your reservation within the next 24 hours (often in the next few hours during business hours).
I have created many magical stays at Disney Vacation Club properties for a great number of families at huge savings. Referrals and guest comments are available in my Guest Comments area.
I have a very easy, 5 step process to help you get a reservation.
- Determine the number of points required for your stay by using the point calculator located here. The cost per point is $14.00. Our cancellation policy is located here.
- Complete the reservation form which gathers all of the details of the members of your party, choice of resorts/room types, and check-in/check-out dates. The more flexible you are, the greater the chance of success.
Quick note: The minimum rental is USUALLY 44 points. Occasionally, I may have a few fragmented points left over from a contract in which case I may be able to do a two or three night stay. Single night stays are not available. - A $98.00 US partial payment (which will be applied towards your successful reservation) is taken (by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal). The partial payment is returned to you if your reservation can not be secured, or applied towards the balance owing if a reservation is secured. We can usually secure reservations within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). My operations are in Canada. Recently, some U.S. credit card issuers have been charging their customers a cross border transaction fee. You may want to check with your card issuer prior to providing payment. We have been told that Capital One MasterCard does not charge a cross border transaction fee. You should always check with your card issuer for current policy.
- A confirmation number is e-mailed to you. You can view/confirm the reservation directly with Disney Vacation Club here. The e-mail will also contain all of the balance of payment details.
- You complete the payment for the balance of your reservation (reservation cost - deposit = balance due). The $98.00 deposit will be absorbed for work performed on any secured reservations that are not paid for in full.
